The Norwegian slalomist, who returned to the top five last season in Campiglio, leaves Head for the new brand which will arrive in the World Cup in October.

From the giant to the slalom, here is Timon Haugan as the second athlete of the Van Deer stable, the ski brand launched by Marcel Hirscher just a few months ago and ready for the great debut in the World Cup, with the Soelden giant at the end of October.
Born in 1996, the Norwegian slalomist had formalized his farewell to Head materials a couple of days ago: this morning, the announcement of the new adventure at the court of Hirscher and his staff, for a talent that has not yet exploded definitively, considering the very good conditions and the first podium in Chamonix at the beginning of 2020. In the last season still ups and downs, even if Haugan managed to return to a top five between the narrow posts of a CdM race with fifth place in Campiglio .
