Giuliano Razzoli celebrated 35 years today: in a nice interview with Sky Sport, he confessed to having dreamed of winning again and wanting to get to his third Olympics.

He still dreamed of winning in the World Cup, just a few days ago, before celebrating those 35 years that today he has "bumped into" competing in Obereggen.
It had not gone well either, in the European Cup slalom which was then canceled even before the opening round ended, which had not ended for a forked shortly after half track. Giuliano Razzoli, however, is a serene man and at the beginning of his 14th season in the white circus, which began with the lack of qualification for Levi and the 26th place last Sunday in Val d''Isère, he is convinced he can return once again up front, like last year when he took a 5th place in Campiglio's night from the top and the 6th in the Soldeu finals slalom.
The colleague Dody Nicolussi of Sky Sport intercepted her, for a nice interview broadcast today, on her 35th birthday which coincides with the 69th anniversary of her father Antonio (and a few hours before her legend Alberto Tomba), in which the "Rocket" of Villa Minozzo, in the mountains of the Reggio Apennines, confessed to believing, indeed, to another participation in five circles to arrive until the Olympic Games in Beijing 2022, twelve years after the gold of Vancouver.
Giuliano told himself from the beginning about skiing "when I was 4 years old, thinking only about having fun", up to the various steps taken with the first races at 9 and starting to dream of entering the committee, then into the national youth team and finally into the team A. "The Olympic dream? I really thought about it only after the first few years at the World Cup, it was really too big for me. Until that day in Vancouver ... ".
There have been so many difficult moments in the course of his career, linked to various injuries he suffered: "Between the ages of 16 and 17 I completely stopped skiing for two years because of back problems - Razzoli recalls - and I had to pursue the condition several times ideal, especially after Kitzbuehel 2016 (when the knee crusader jumped, just a week after his last podium in Wengen). All this has forged me and now I have broad shoulders, not surprisingly I'm still here to fight. For my technique, however, ten podiums in the World Cup are close to me, but if I have to take stock and consider all the hitches, it was difficult to do more than that. Still, it's not over yet ... ".
The "Rocket" believes and dreams, with open eyes and more: "Dreams keep me alive and the first is to close the career well, as I believe I deserve, with some level results. A few nights ago I happened to see myself still winning in the World Cup, but the most important appointment is the one of the World Championships in Cortina 2021. I also think of Beijing 2022, because after missing PyeongChang I would like to close with my beauty third Olympics. The Home Games of 2026 are too far for me, but I hope to participate in them in other ways ".
