He had announced his retirement to the Swedish media even before the season ended early due to the Coronavirus situation.
André Myhrer was keen to say goodbye to everyone with one last race and, not having been able to do it with the cancellations of Kranjska Gora and the finals of Cortina, tonight he allowed himself on social media to trace a balance of his long adventure in the white circus , with 250 bibs in the World Cup, the Olympic gold in the PyeongChang 2018 slalom (and the Vancouver 2010 bronze in Giuliano Razzoli's big day), the three world medals all obtained in team trials, in addition to 8 successes and 30 podiums in the maximum circuit, with a specialty cup (obviously in slalom) brought home in 2012.
