Jean-Baptiste Grange does not give up and will still be on track, at least for another season.
At almost 35 years (he will turn them in October), the bi world champion among the rapid gates will have to recover from the serious injury suffered by his left knee over five months ago.
To colleagues at Ski Chrono, Grange confessed to being "totally focused on recovery, with the desire to return to skiing soon (he could already make it by the end of July, ed). Of course, seeing so many peers and friends retire like Fanara, Mermillod-Blondin, Missillier and Neureuther made me think, but I don't want to end with an injury â€.
JBG explains how Fanara himself stimulated him to continue: "Thomas was injured at the same age, injuring the crusader like me, and he told me that, if there are motivations, there is no need to ask other questions. I love what I do, train and compete, also this year there will be a slalom in Chamonix, right where I made my debut in the World Cup in 2004 ... ".
