Snow control ok in the Tyrolean temple for the 83rd edition of the Hahnenkamm Rennen: it will start on Tuesday 17 with the tests, all the times and the precedents.

Kitzbuehel travels quickly towards the most awaited weekend of the year, the one that from 20 to 22 January will see the heroes of the Streif as protagonists, re-proposed again in two versions, with the descent on the symbolic slope of the white circus both on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 (start always from 11.30), before closing with the slalom on Sunday 22 on the Ganslern (1st run at 10.30, the 2nd at 13.30).
This morning the FIS snow control and forecasts which should help the organization of the 83rd Hahnenkamm Rennen to set up tracks of the highest quality always guaranteed by Kitz.
With the full return of the public, without any limitation, the long week in the Austrian resort will already begin on Tuesday 17 January, with the first of the three races scheduled towards the downhills which, last year, saw the triumph of Aleksander Aamodt Kilde and Beat Feuz . The Swiss Olympic champion will play the last race of his career on Saturday 21st, also greeted by Dominik Paris who has triumphed four times in Kitzbuehel, three of which on the full Streif course, and this year will try to start again, right from there, to rediscover the competitiveness lost until now.
The 2022 slalom was historic, however, for Dave Ryding's first triumph, at the end of a daring challenge that rewarded the British over the Norwegians Braathen and Kristoffersen, with Razzoli and Vinatzer out in the 2nd heat with a thousand regrets.
