The rankings of the men's World Cup after the Schladming slalom: the Frenchman surpasses Kilde, but the other Norwegian is the increasingly clear favorite. Maurberger passes Gross and approaches 15.

The night of the Planai sanctioned a further extension to the top of the World Cup standings, although Alexis Pinturault somehow managed the step of Henrik Kristoffersen, winner in Schladming, giving only 20 points to the leader of both the general and the classification of slalom (who now drives with 57 margin points on Daniel Yule, while Noel has finished over 100 detachment lengths).
Now the Frenchman stands at 119 points, with Alexis overtaking Kilde again: if the other Norwegian is still in the race, albeit at 141 points from his teammate, the absence of Mayer in Garmisch is very heavy for the '' Austrian and, in fact, seems to reduce the fight for the throne left vacant by Marcel Hirscher to a race of three.
At home in Italy, there is excellent news thinking about the slalom WCSL: Alex Vinatzer, with 6th place yesterday, is increasingly within the top 15 of the world, not even very far from the possibility of playing for himself in the first sub group from here to the end of the season (still 4 races). Be careful though, because fifth place on Planai has brought Simon Maurberger to 22nd position (which becomes 19th virtual between injuries and absences), ahead of 3 points compared to Stefano Gross who still loses ground after the third consecutive "zero".
