The second race on the Streif allows the four-time winner of the Downhill World Cup to get close to just 8 points behind the Norwegian, who remains second in the general at almost 400 points from "Odi", now impregnable.

The weekend in Kitzbuehel, with two descents and a slalom, did not substantially change the situation of a general classification of the World Cup which sees Marco Odermatt, with the 2nd place yesterday, having already reached 1200 points, with almost 400 lengths of margin on Aleksander Aamodt Kilde and over 500 on Matthias Mayer, solid on the virtual podium.
The Norwegian leads the downhill standings, but with yesterday's 6th place and Beat Feuz's victory, the red-cross champion has arrived just 8 points from AAK, with three races left on the calendar (which could become two if there is no the recovery of Beaver Creek in Kvitfjell). Challenge to two? It is not certain, with Mayer at -43 from the top and an extraordinary Odermatt at -44, while Dominik Paris must recover 89 points and will need a series of combinations of results.
WCSL descent chapter: Feuz again has a margin in front of everyone, Paris remains 4th behind Kilde and in front of Odermatt, ever closer and with the overtaking made on the world champion Kriechmayr. Stable position in the second sub-group for Innerhofer and Marsaglia, instead he dropped to 28th Casse.
