The two speed races on the Saslong did not substantially change the situation between the two dominators of the season, but even in the downhill it already seems like a duel with the other big names, far away and Paris which, in four races, collected just 11 points against the 345 of the Norwegian. WCSL: Casse approaches the second group.

Seven wins out of nine races on the calendar (4 for the Norwegian, 3 for the Swiss), with only Kriechmayr and Braathen bringing home one success each. Authentic masters of a 2022/23 World Cup which, after the races in Val Gardena, will now pass by the two giants in Alta Badia who should kick off the first real extension of the trophy holder compared to the great Scandinavian rival.
There are 111 points of advantage for "Odi", while the situation is reversed if we talk about the downhill classification, with AAK in front of 89 lengths: the impressive figure is the disadvantage accrued by all the others, with Clarey and Mayer first pursuers at over 160 pts from Kilde, while Feuz even pays 229 and Dominik Paris, although there are still eight races in the cup menu, can be defined as already out of contention with 11 pts collected in four races, even if the next descent will be that of Bormio and, at least for that day (December 28) maybe everything will change.
After the bis descent on the Saslong, the specialty WCSL sees Kilde increasingly distant from everyone in first place, with Clarey (today second) overtaking Paris, now seventh, while Matteo Marsaglia approaches the border between second and third group, with Mattia Casse who could soon overtake his teammate to return to the bibs from 1 to 5 and from 16 to 20 after the Bormio race.
