The first curves of Grange, in Les Deux Alpes after the accident: now the goal to train with the companions in Zermatt

Will it be the last racing season for the slalom world champion? It is not yet said ...

Jean-Baptiste Grange does not give up, indeed. He had already shown it by announcing that he wanted to return to racing in the 2019/2020 vintage, even though he had to recover from the third serious career injury he suffered, with the crash at the Crusader and the meniscus of his left knee suffered in last year's Wengen slalom 20 th January. Six months after the operation, the 34-year-old from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne returned to the track for a free-field ski race at Les Deux Alpes on Thursday. "Six months later ... what a happiness", announced the 2011 Garmisch World Gold and Beaver Creek 2015, as a boy who can finally start over with his work and his passion. Next goal: to join the national team-mates in the Zermatt rally, even if only the tests carried out in these days will establish the training times for a Grange who wants to still be the protagonist of the white circus.
