Luca De Aliprandini back on skis after ten days of rest

It 'the same Luca De Aliprandini announcing on his blog that even before the Sölden giant last October 23, in which he finished tenth in comeback from twenty-second position of the first run, had a bothersome knee operated in spring. Now, after ten days of rest, he is ready to return on skis. Here is what he wrote to Tuenno Trentino 26 year old on his blog.

"Dear fans, I'm back here writing, a few days later the quiet post Sölden. The first race was good, it was a good start but it is also cost a lot of energy. Normally I'm not a guy who feels the pressure of competition or shake, but this time I can not deny that he was a bit '' hesitant until I saw my result at the finish. After two years a little '' tiring, constantly wondering what my level, and I'd say I had a great response from the Rettenbach glacier. In the last weeks of training before the opening round, lamenting a slight discomfort in the operated knee in the spring to the meniscus. Thus, together with the medical staff of the federation, we decided to get to the bottom and understand why. Luckily nothing serious, it is just an inflammation to heal with a few days rest and low loads. Nothing iron and then skiing, but physiotherapy every day and daytrips (!) On the bike in the gym ... hihi After 10 days of unloading the knee seems to have stabilized and are now on the road for Solda, where I'll do a training block on skis before leaving in the direction of Colorado. Despite the bad weather that has invaded the Alps this weekend, I hope to find good snow conditions to be able to finalize some details on the material. See you soon".
