Marc Digruber finally on track: in Soelden the first corners seven months after the injury

On February 8, the crash to his left knee in the Chamonix slalom, now the 32-year-old from Lower Austria has restarted on the free field and aims straight for the first classics in December.

Another expected return to Austria. It is that of Marc Digruber, one of the veterans of the slalom at Wunderteam, who was able to put his skis back on yesterday, seven months after the injury remedied to the cruciate ligament of his left knee, with that twist in the final of the second run of the Chamonix slalom, last February 8th. The 32-year-old native of Lower Austria worked in free field on the Soelden glacier, which he called “the best place for my first corners after the injury. Something sensational for me, ”Marc told the OESV website. The target? If not for Levi, where the first slalom should be held on November 22, certainly the return for the first classics in December, waiting for a definitive calendar in this sense.
