The operation of Davide Cazzaniga, subjected at the La Madonnina Clinic in Milan, by doctors Andrea Panzeri and Gabriele Thiebat of the FISI Medical Commission, to the reconstruction of the cruciate ligament of the right knee injured in Kitzbuehel, during the super -g last Monday.
The 28-year-old sprinter from Lecco will return to competitions for the start of next season.
On the same day and at the Galeazzi Orthopedic Institute in Milan, the Medical Commission also arranged for the recomposition of the fracture of the humerus of the left arm that occurred to Walter Girardi, technician of the World Cup giant team.
