As it was rumored for weeks, and now it's finally official news, Felix Neureuther will work for ARD TV for the entire duration of the next Ski World Cup.
The popular 35-year-old Bavarian, who left the competitive spirit at the Soldeu finals, accepted the proposal to replace Maria Hoefl-Riesch, who left the microphone after five years (the immediate post-retirement) following the white circus.
"I am really happy about this new challenge - Felix's first words - I would like to show people the special stories behind the athletes, as well as clearly the technical analysis. I hope it turns out a job that is not too scholastic, but constructive and objective, giving a sense of humanity â€.
In addition to the competitions that will see the debut of Neureuther in Solden, for the opening on October 26-27, the former slalomgigantista will be an expert of the broadcaster, also working for the radio sector (he should comment on end of August the Bundesliga match between Bayern Munich and Mainz) and involved in various TV formats.
