The rankings of the men's World Cup after the slalom weekend in Garmisch: the Norwegian's brace on the "Gudiberg" changes the story of the season between the tight posts, Braathen is at -49 with two races to go. Vinatzer and Razzoli in the top ten, the final podium is not far away.

The third slalom World Cup of his career now seems very close, and it is really strange to say it if we think that, on the eve of the two races in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Henrik Kristoffersen was one hundred points from the red Lucas Braathen bib and above all with many other rivals in between.
The splendid one-two of the champion norge in Bavaria has changed everything and, with two slaloms left on the calendar (the recovery of 9 March in Flachau and then the final race), now HK94 leads with 49 points of margin on Braathen himself and 78 on Strasser, with Ryding and Feller respectively at -94 and -95, while from Meillard (who yesterday wasted a colossal chance, with the victory he would have become the leader) onwards they all seem cut off for the final success. Alex Vinatzer and Giuliano Razzoli are 9th and 10th, just over 200 pt, and some hope of a final podium still exists.
Garmisch has not changed anything, in fact, for a general classification that will move with the three fast races of Kvitfjell between Odermatt, Kilde and Mayer (now the Carinthian has little margin on Kristoffersen, 4th, but can definitely stretch in Norway), but the advantage of the Swiss is definitely reassuring.
WCSL slalom chapter: the hierarchy of the first sub-group changes again, with Ryding entering the top 7 in a flash, excluding Yule, now 9th between Braathen and Strolz, while Zenhaeusern and Pinturault now risk even the exit from the fifteen, with Tommaso Sala ever closer. Vinatzer and Razzoli will probably close the year in the second sub-group, but the assault on the first must be the goal for the start of next season, considering the continuous reversal of positions.
