In the world championship jr of Panorama, the Brescia player is bronze in "his" race, with the American Nelson winning ahead of the Swiss Von Allmen (already silver downhill behind Giovanni). Great fourth place for the Genoese and it is a super team test of the Azzurri with Bernardi in the top ten.

Giovanni Franzoni did not get an encore, but the 20-year-old from Manerba del Garda gave himself the fourth medal of his career in a junior world championship, taking the bronze (after two golds and a silver) in the super-g of Panorama won by American Isaiah Nelson.
The same age of the blue, the 2001 stars and stripes class played the perfect race with bib number 3, starting just before Giovanni, third at 41 cents and preceded by the one who had beaten downhill 24 hours ago, or the Swiss Franjo Von Allmen again in silver, just 13 cents from the world title.
And in fourth position, there is a very good Marco Abbruzzese, 18 cents from the medal, ex aequo with the first of the Austrians, Raphael Riederer, while the co-favorite Lukas Feurstein (silver in 2021 behind Franzoni) makes a sensational mistake in the section central ending very far.
Followed by the Canadian Van Soest, sixth ahead of the Slovenian Aznoh and the third of the Azzurri; Gregorio Bernardi's eighth is a great result, 92 cents from the winner to complete a top-level team event, while Simon Talacci is 20th and Filippo Della Vite 28th.
