The conditions seem more than good in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, to host the two-day men's speed which replaces the canceled races in Yanqing for the Coronavirus alarm.
Thursday and Friday downhill and super-g will bring the white circus back to the Austrian resort 14 months after the recoveries of the 2018/19 season (but in that case it was a giant and slalom), but above all five years after the weekend of fast races who, in February 2015, saw Matthias Mayer sign the brace.

Also on the track is Alexis Pinturault (bib 31), who will try the descent at least once in a super-g perspective, and Marco Odermatt with the same intent, even if the Swiss player could also take part in the first race on Thursday.
