The Olympic champion has started his entrepreneurial adventure (but we will see him again for a season on skis ...). Many teammates and ex present, as well as the world of politics and local entrepreneurship. Today the event open to the public.

Giuliano Razzoli has always had great passions, beyond the snow and what he has achieved in the world of skiing, where he will still be the protagonist in the 2022/23 season after having found the podium in the World Cup with that magical 3rd place in Wengen (and an Olympic medal nearly 12 years after the gold in Vancouver).
From wine to balsamic vinegar and, this very last product, led him to carry out a great project together with his family and sisters Giordana and Margherita. On Friday, the “Razzo” inaugurated the splendid “Acetaia Razzoli” for the production of traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia on its estate in Razzolo di Villa Minozzo.
A way to enhance the territory with a product that represents the identity and quality of the Reggio Apennines, where Giuliano was born, raised and still lives, together with his wife Elisa who he married just last month.
Guests of the inauguration dedicated to partners and friends, naturally also many protagonists of the snow world, from Mattia Casse to Elena Curtoni, but also former teammates such as Johanna Schnarf, Verena Stuffer, Christian Deville and the same Paolo De Chiesa and Piero Gros.
The world of local entrepreneurship is also present, just think of Stefano Landi for years at the head of the Reggio Emilia Chamber of Commerce, Giammaria Manghi, head of cabinet of the Emilia-Romagna Region, the president of the province Giorgio Zanni and the mayor of Castelnovo nor Monti, Enrico Bini, not to mention a champion of the world of volleyball, now coach of the Volley Tricolore of Reggio, such as Luca Cantagalli.
There was also the sketch of the opening of the gate to kick off a great journey, which today will live from the second act since, starting at 16.00, there will be the inauguration event open to the public, with a visit to the Acetaia Razzoli and then a party with music.
