Fell in the trials of the European Cup downhill in Méribel in late January, Henri Battilani accuses since then chronic ankle problems and that's why he decided to return to racing next season prematurely ending the current one. This was announced himself on his Facebook page.

"I waited and I believed until the end but, unfortunately, after the fall of Meribel's more I have to consider my season - writes the Aosta Valley Gressan, 23 years and older the 'day before yesterday -.
