The regional qualification races for the great event scheduled from 25 to 30 January continued today with a giant for the Boys category on the "Guido Machetto" track.

The Hero Europe Trophy, staged in Limone Piemonte with a giant for the Boys category, was used as a regional qualification race for the Alpe Cimbra FIS Children Cup. On the Guido Machetto track, in the trophy organized by the Limone team, the women's race was won by Beatrice Mazzoleni of the Mondolè Ski Team, who preceded Maddalena Carola Maria Rossi of the Sauze 2012 Ski Team and 74 Carlotta Banchi of the Golden Team Ceccarelli by just two cents.
From fourth to tenth place in the standings we find Federica Jackie Musso (Golden Team Ceccarelli), Alice Robotti (Equipe Limone), Amelia Grace Curto (Equipe Beaulard), Sofia Pignochino (Liberi Tutti), Carlotta Anese (Sestriere), Valeria Cuppari (Golden Team Ceccarelli) and Paola Poma (Equipe Beaulard). Federico Massimilla, also of the Mondolè Ski Team, won the men's race with a gap of 56 and 91 cents respectively for Lorenzo Cuzzupè (Equipe Pragelato) and Tommaso Brignoli (Sansicario Cesana). Completing the top ten are Alessandro Calvi (Equipe Pragelato), Ettore Lovera (Equipe Limone), Simone Moschini (Sestriere), Emanuele Paisio (Golden Team Ceccarelli), Carlo Zampieri (Sauze d'Oulx), Jacopo Acquarone (Ski College Limone) and Andrea Gianotti (Ski Team Valsesia).
The list of students who have obtained the qualification for the national selections of the Alpe Cimbra FIS Children Cup following the competitions of 18 and 19 January in Limone has been made official. In the women's field, Lara Colturi (Golden Team Ceccarelli), Sofia Mattio (Ski College Limone), Alessandra Banchi (Golden Team Ceccarelli), Eleonora Zanetti (Golden Team Ceccarelli), Giada Pizzorno (Mondolè Ski Team), Adriana Castaldo (Equipe Beaulard) are qualified ), Caterina Lambertini (Ski College Limone), Ludovica Madiotto (Sauze d''Oulx), Alice Pomi (Golden Team Ceccarelli) and Beatrice Garbasso (Equipe Limone). The reserves are Marta D''Angelo (Sestriere), Isabella Alloero (Claviere), Rebecca Frigiolini (Ski Team Valsesia), Lucia Gillian Ranieri (Sci Club Limone) and Alice Paltrinieri (Sestriere).
The men qualified are Leonardo Varzi (Ski Team Valsesia), Edoardo Simonelli (Les Arnauds), David Del Mare (Equipe Beaulard), Alessandro Abbà (Val Vermenagna), Brahim Matteo Houkmi (Sansicario), Pietro Mazzoleni (Mondolè Ski Team) , Andrea Trommacco (Pragelato), Francesco Donolato (Equipe Limone), Giacomo Fernando Rej (Sestriere), Pietro Casartelli (Sestriere), Manuel Monnier (Sansicario), Tomas Deambrogio (Sauze d''Oulx), Fabrizio Giraudo (Val Vermenagna), Pietro Bruneri (Sansicario) and Marco Leone (Golden Team Ceccarelli). The reserves are Pietro Ambrosion (Ski College Limone), Lorenzo Ponchia (Golden Team Ceccarelli), Matteo Chirieleison (Mondolè Ski Team), Federico Bergamasco (Mondolè Ski Team) and Samuele Berrone (Mondolè Ski Team).
