The training of these days would be expected to return to competition next although Miller, intent on using Bomber, is still blocked by the strong opposition of Head of a contract in which the US undertook, in the event of a return to racing before the end this season, to continue with the Austrian house. The parties are now waiting to appear before the Federal Court of California where Miller cited the Head with which he interrupted last year, a ten-year collaboration.
