1560 boys and girls born from 2005 to 2008 representing 13 regions, Abruzzo, South Tyrol, Calabria, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Lombardy, Marche, Piedmont, Trentino, Tuscany, Valle d 'Aosta and Veneto, will present at the starting gate of the Grand Prix Juniors giant races that April 7 to 9 will celebrate its first 40 editions, in Paganella Ski Area.

The culminating event, sponsored by the Italian Association of Ski Instructors, will be the final of the national alpine skiing events, which will see the way the top 15 of both sexes and of all vintages of the 13 regional trials which were held from January in March, totaling just 1560 participants. More than 200 children will instead be at the start of the cross country ski races, classic technique, and snowboarding. The giant races will be held on Saturday 8th and Sunday, April 9 on the black run Olympic-2 and on red tarmac Hunters 2, a snowboard on red tarmac Trellis. The fund will be held in Dosson, the town where there will be the arrival of giants. Saturday there will also be a fun gymkhana boots teams in the foot. This is the program of the event.

Recall that in the past participated in the Grand Prix Juniors children who later became champions such as Kristian Ghedina, Karen Putzer, Isolde Kostner, Elena Curtoni, Bibiana Perez, Sabina Panzanini, Patrik Thaler, Davide Simoncelli and Morena Gallizio, to name a few, and that in recent years has seen numerous claims of a potential champion like Ellis Pellizzari, four times winner of the event in every year in which he participated.
