Val Senales increasingly home to national teams. After dedicating the “Leo Gurschler” to the gigantists of the World Cup in preparation for the debut in Soelden, from the beginning of next week other top level Italian athletes will return to the South Tyrolean glacier. From Monday 19, and until Friday 23, it will be the turn of the slalomists led by coach Jacques Theolier, or Stefano Gross, Simon Maurberger, Alex Vinatzer, Giuliano Razzoli, Hannes Zingerle, Tommaso Sala and Manfred Moelgg, with the Brianza and Marebbano who will join to his teammates only from Wednesday 21, after competing on Rettenbach. The first of the rapid gates of the season, after the cancellation of Levi and Val d''Isère, is even scheduled for Monday 21 December in Alta Badia. Val Senales is also the scene of the new meeting of some CdM downhill skiers, returning from a block of work at the Stelvio and for the first three days of the week busy with Emanuele Buzzi, Mattia Casse, Christof Innerhofer and Alexander Prast on the track, while Dominik Paris will rest. With them there will also be three athletes from the European Cup group, namely Guglielmo Bosca, Davide Cazzaniga and Florian Schieder. Training scheduled on the same glacier also for the multi-purpose bikes led by Giovanni Feltrin, who will also be in Senales from 19 to 23 October. The athletes called are Elena Curtoni, Francesca Marsaglia, Nicol Delago, Nadia Delago and Verena Gasslitter.
