On the other hand, Augusto Dossena remained out (30%). Everything already established for athletes and technicians: Nora Da S. Martino and Rolando Galli (Athletes) and Marco Pirolli (technician). The president of the Auditors is Luca Quercioli, the board of accounts led by Luca Messeri and Stefano Zipoli.
Giuseppe Iandolo is also confirmed as president of the Molise Regional Committee (COM) with 87.33% of preferences. The new regional council will consist of the following lay councilors: Settimio Catolino, Donato Carnevale, Lucio Giancola, Antonio Di Cesare, Pierino Di Tella, Sergio Antonio Martone, Felice Musacchio. The athletes councilors are Caterina Di Bucci and Italo Paglione, the athlete councilor is Alberto Gentili. Fabrizio Cappuccilli is the auditor.
After having already announced it in recent days, Giacomo Bisconti officially took to the track as the fifth candidate, after the incumbent president Flavio Roda, Alessandro Falez, Stefano Maldifassi and Angelo Dalpez, for the seat of federal number 1 at national level (the elections will be held in Milan on October 15th).
Through a press release, the national expert instructor and head of the STF presented the points of his program, aiming to give continuity to the work done by Roda, as explained by Bisconti himself. “The many people who are close to me, the friends and family who knew about this decision in advance, have always and only asked me: why are you applying? Do you know it won't be easy and your life will change? Are you sure? I too have asked myself the reason for this choice of mine, a choice that has been pondered over for a long time, but taken with conviction, determination and decision.
I asked myself this before deciding and gave myself a very simple answer. I made this choice because I am in love with my Federation and all 15 disciplines that make it up, the Federation that over the years has become my second skin. I have been a member of the FISI for more than twenty years and I am as enthusiastic about it as when, with joy and satisfaction, I became a ski instructor, 3rd level coach and, in 1999, a national alpine ski instructor. I did my apprenticeship which was not always easy and smooth, but the experiences and results on the territory and on the track led me first to the technical direction, then to the presidency of the Tuscan Committee where I acquired further important professional skills also related to relationship management. institutional.
In 2014 the first important recognition of the Federation arrived with the appointment as Director of the Co.scu.ma (Commission for teachers school) and, more recently, with the assignment of the responsibility of the STF (Federal Technical School), a role which allowed me and which allows me to have frequent, constant, sincere and effective contact with the coaches. The roles covered in FISI have allowed me to develop a 360 ° vision of what the FISI is in the area, of how the initiatives are perceived and what the needs and requirements of athletes, coaches and ski instructors really are. and of the ski clubs which, together with the athletes, are the engine of our movement.
The 4 reasons for my application? Because I am in love with the Federation and all its 15 disciplines. Because, thanks to my many years of experience, I have developed the knowledge and understanding of the complex federal dynamics.
Because, thanks to my role, I have been and am in constant contact with the real needs, needs and problems of the area. Because the enthusiasm and motivation that I put into my work every day, once elected, will allow me, with the people who are part of the Federation, to continue to bring it up.
What do I want to do? I start from a phrase by Alcide De Gasperi that I particularly love and that I always have in mind when I work with people and for people. "Try to promise a little less than you think you want and can deliver if you win the election." Following De Gasperi, I have not drafted a real electoral program, since it is too easy to make pre-election pyrotechnic promises, all promises that are then disregarded after the elections in the hope that people have forgotten them.
I have enormous respect for people and for myself and what I intend to achieve during my presidency is what I define as a "presidency project" with short, medium and long-term objectives in a solution of continuity with the current management of the Federation which, albeit with some errors of path, was positive and effective as evidenced by the consolidation of the budget, the increased visibility of the Federation, the exciting sporting results and the attractiveness of the FISI brand towards sponsors.
But if all goes well why am I applying? One of the managerial theories that was taught to me by one of my Masters of the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Siena is that of continuous improvement, of never being satisfied. He always taught me that things need to be improved when they go well and that you don't have to wait for problems to change them. Now is the right time to do it.
I will shortly present my operational project for the Presidency with the objectives I intend to achieve, but in the meantime I will give you the phrase that identifies it. “More value than value”, a concept that I will constantly put into practice during my four-year presidency. My project is basically divided into 10 key words all strongly linked to value: trust, results, competence, merit, discovery, comparison, recognition, smile, sharing, motivation.
