The 'injury dates back to a fall in October in Saas Fee workout in which the Swiss downhill skier had procured a stretching of the internal lateral ligament of the right knee that was resolved after a period of rest. Fabienne Suter had coached in Colorado with the team and last weekend attended the three-day Lake Louise albeit with poor results: Forty-fourth in the first run, output in the second and forty-first in the SuperG.
"I was not able to train and compete," said Fabienne, "Lake Louise was not able to turn right and the pictures show it pretty well." The Swiss, according to the ranking of downhill last season, underwent all''intervento that in the best of hypotheses to be held away from racing for a month. "Now the 'important is that the rehabilitation is going well so you can stake the qualification for the World Championships."
