The date of the federal elections for the regional committee has been set: appointment in a few days in Turin, here are the candidates for councilors.

On Friday 22 July, the elective ordinary regional Assembly of the FISI Western Alps Committee is scheduled to be held in Turin in the conference room of CONI Piemonte, in block C of the complex of the former Olympic village in via Giordano Bruno. The first convocation of the assembly is set for 4 pm, the second for 5 pm. The Assembly of representatives of the companies affiliated to the Western Alps Committee will be called to elect the regional President, the 7 "lay" Councilors, Athletes councilors (with equal gender representation), a technical councilor, the President and the members of the Board of Auditors (two permanent and one alternate). The candidacies received by the deadline of 12 noon on 7 July propose, for the office of Chairman, only the outgoing number 1 of the committee, Pietro Blengini. For the office of councilor, the names are as follows: Gianluca Barale, Davide Borgogno, Davide Castoldi, Giancarlo Croce, Stefano Dalmasso, Corrado Gamba, Roberto Saracco, Lorenzo Vettore, for the position of athlete councilor Simona Novara and Oriano Rigamonti, for the Alberto Venegoni as Technical Advisor, while Renato Stradella e. finally, the two names as members of the Board of Auditors, Paolo Burlando and Valentina Moggio.
