First slalom in Trentino with many young Azzurri protagonists, while Filippo Collini takes the podium in the giant slalom of Hochfuegen.

On the snow of Pampeago, two FIS slaloms were staged today, with the replica already expected tomorrow for both the women's and men's sectors.
Among the girls, victory in race-1 for the South Tyrolean Petra Unterholzner, who beat Giorgia Felicetti by 15 cents and the Dutch Gwyneth Ten Raa by 65; among the men, Corrado Barbera's hurray in a “very tight” podium, given that Stefano Pizzato finished in the place of honour, just two hundredths away and Federico Liberatore third at +0”04. From 5th to 9th place, still a lot of blue with Saccardi, Ploner, Vaccari, Moschini and Bendotti.
A nice podium arrives for the 2000 class Filippo Collini, third in the FIS men's giant of Hochfuegen: one-two Austrian with the same protagonists of race-1 yesterday, or Lucas Rohrmoser winner ahead of Oscar Heine, distanced by 19 cents.
On the snow of Val Thorens, for the new appointment of the "Ski Chrono Samse Tour", FIS women's slalom with Clara Direz prevailing, with 63 and 77 cents of margin on compatriots Garance Meyer and Louna Boiteux.
On the other hand, yesterday's Italian evening saw the start of the Nor-Am Cup stage in Beaver Creek: the first men's giant signed by the American hosts. Jacob Dilling (class of '99) burned his compatriot Jack Smith, two years younger, by 15 cents, with the Norwegian Gustav Rosberg Voello third at 38. Today race bis, then Wednesday and Thursday two slaloms are scheduled, again for the men's sector.
