Second place day for the Azzurri in the FIS races: Perruchon, Canins and Bendotti on the podium

The Valle d'Aosta conquers the place of honor in the Kronplatz slalom which, in the men's test, sees Canins beaten only by Samuel Kolega. The man from Bergamo, on the other hand, is second in France in the giant of Val Cenis won by Lagier.

Three second places in the space of a few hours, in the FIS races on Monday between Kronplatz and Val Cenis. In the South Tyrolean town, which on January 25, 2022 will return to host the now classic giant of the Women's World Cup, the two slalom valid also for the national championships of Uzbekistan were held: at the male level, Samuel Kolega won with only 13 cents of margin on Matteo Canins, with the third place for the Japanese Koyama in front of Hans Vaccari, down from the podium by only 4 cents and at the end fourth. Close to the top ten, two other blues, Damian Hofer 11th and Tommaso Saccardi 12th. The women's slalom saw the Belarusian Maria Shkanova rejoice, with Martina Perruchon second with 23 cents behind: the Aosta Valley in turn preceded the French Pogneaux, third at half a second and only 6 cents ahead of Lucrezia Lorenzi, fourth. Eighth was the young Beatrice Sola from thirty, Celina Haller from Alto Adige ninth. Giant FIS, on the snows of Val Cenis, who instead rewarded the French Jeremie Lagier, in the new appointment with the Samse Tour by Ski Chrono: 2nd place, just 6 cents from the winner, for Matteo Bendotti, and a good 5th place for Luca Taranzano, with Fabio Allasina 10th, Tobias Kastlunger 12th and Leonardo Clivio 21st.
