Second meeting on the snow for the young people of the committee, led by the former blue and Alessandro Serra for the girls. Next appointment in Saas-Fee.

After the first seasonal approach to the Stelvio, in mid-June, the boys of the regional alpine ski team of the Central Alps Committee carried out a second collegiate training on the snows of Hintertux, from 13 to 18 July. In addition to the two responsible coaches, Michelangelo Tentori for the boys and Alessandro Serra for the girls, Pietro Migliazza of the Lecco Ski Club participated as aggregate.
An important presence, testifying to the excellent collaboration between the Committee and the Ski Club. Also present at the meeting was Diego Sgamma the doctor who, in addition to performing daily swabs for the boys, followed the training on the track, ready to intervene in case of need .
“The weather conditions - Mich Tentori speaks - were not the best. We worked with soft snow, skiing in these conditions is difficult but it helps a lot to acquire motor skills and sensitivity, fundamental qualities for the technical growth of the boys. In this situation we focused on the slalom and the parallel in order to overcome the problems related to weather and snow.
It was very positive that we had two separate lines available, one for males and the other for girls, and this allowed us to carry out specific works with the two groups. Of course, on the afternoons and the days when we couldn't ski, we took care of the athletic aspect. After the meeting, the boys reached their clubs and, thanks to the improvement of the weather conditions, they managed to bring home some good training as a giant. The presence of the doctor during training - continues Tentori - is a flagship for the Central Alps able to offer, even from a psychological point of view, great tranquility to us coaches and to the boys ”.
The following took part in the Hintertux meeting: Jacopo Luigi Antonioli (SC Bormio), Andrea Bertoldini (SC Lecco), Alberto Claudani (Val Palot Ski), Enrico Giacomelli (SC Bormio), Federico Romele (Val Palot Ski), Marco Luigi Surini (SC Ubi Banca Goggi) for the men's sector. For the female one there were: Beatrice Rosca (Reit Ski Team Bormio), Ginevra Gaiani (SC Radici Group), Eleonora Pizzi (SC Lecco), Nadia Fenini (G.B. Ski Club), Alice Pazzaglia (Ski Racing Camp).
The next training of the Central Alps Committee is scheduled for 22 August in Saas-Fee.
