The three days of the historic festival ended in Pila: Western Alps best regional committee.

The first Italian Team Criterium, reserved for the Children category, was won by the Seiser Alm Ski Team, a company that has raised many champions and that on the slopes of Pila - in perfect condition even in mid-April - dominated the 2022 edition of the Fosson Memorial.
The South Tyroleans won the gold medal with 11,758 points, preceding the Venetians of Drusciè (10,166 points) and the Valle d'Aosta of Crammont Mont Blanc (10,120 points), bronze medal. The Seiser Alm also won the special classification reserved for under 14s (ahead of Club de Ski and Equipe Beaulard) and that of under 16s (preceding Sestriere and Crammont Mont Blanc). The Western Alps Committee was the best in Italy, ahead of the Asiva and the Central Alps.
This morning the last two races of the Memorial Fosson, now in its twelfth edition; the female giant was won by Camilla Vanni (Drusciè) the male by Andrea Francesco Armari. In the slalom the best performances for David Angerer and Anna Trocker, both of Seiser Alm. As always, the final awards were very rich, thanks to the fundamental support of Vist, Salomon, Spm and Trione. The winners were also awarded a cash prize worth 3,000 euros, a contribution that the organizing committee wanted to make available to support youth activities.
Massimo Raffaelli, president of the Aosta Ski club organizer of the event: “We are sending in the archive another beautiful edition of an event that is now more and more known and appreciated. The weather gave us a great hand and thanks to the work of everyone, including the men of the Pila Spa, we were able to organize high-level competitions. Having 4 tracks to manage at the same time, for three days, is undoubtedly a great effort, but first of all we want to continue to guarantee quality ".
