A few months and the lockdown period were enough to immediately understand that his natural elements, snow and mountains, would not have left them after the retirement from the competition announced at the end of January during the Kitzbuehel weekend and then the definitive result with the last race held in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
Peter Fill began his new adventure as a federal technician, involved by the technical director of the entire blue youth sector, Max Carca, since the last August meeting of the "Osservati" group: the former downhill skier from Castelrotto immersed himself in immediately with enthusiasm in a role where he will proceed with degrees, lending a hand to the most experienced technicians starting with the first training sessions of the talents of the future.
Four days, those spent this week at the Stelvio, which represent only the beginning of the journey that the South Tyrolean champion has decided to tackle.
