Wednesday the great youth festival gets underway with the international phase, inaugurated by the team event. The Italian talents called up.

Second day of the Vallagarina Cassa Rurale Trophy, valid as the 52nd edition of the Italian selections for the AlpeCimbra FIS Children Cup, under the banner of double goals. On the slopes of Fondo Grande in Folgaria, the Piedmontese Lara Colturi in the giant pupils and the South Tyrolean Anna Trocker in the slalom girls gave an encore, consecrating themselves the queens of this youth event that attracted 400 skiers from 14 Fisi Committees of '' Italy.
In the men's competitions, on the other hand, two guys from the Trentino Committee triumphed, namely Kejvin Koni of the Trentino Agonistica in the under 14 slalom and Andrea Francesco Armari of Sporting Campiglio in the under 16 giant, both recovering in the second heat. Great joy among the ranks of the Trentino Committee for the success of Dimaro Folgarida's skier, Andrea Francesco Armari, in the giant pupil, author of an extraordinary second heat that allowed him to overtake the Piedmontese of the Mondolé Ski Team, Pietro Mazzoleni in the standings .

In the female second peremptory affirmation for Lara Colturi of the Golden Team Ceccarelli, author of the best time in both heats and capable of inflicting a gap of 1 "53 to the Brescia Angelica Bettoni Mameli, while in third (at 1" 79) we find Nadine Trocker of Seiser Alm Ski Team, Anna's sister. Still from Alto Adige in fourth position with Rita Granruaz of the Ski Club Ladinia Alta Badia and fifth Ludovica Righi of the Ski Club Edelweiss, at 2 ”82. In the girls slalom the spirited Anna Trocker proved to have an edge over her rivals also on the second day, flanked on the podium by two other South Tyrolean skiers.
Second, with a gap of 1 ”14, we find Victoria Klotz of Asv Ritten Sport, then third Arianna Putzer of the Ski club Gardena. Just outside the medals area the first thirty, Azzurra Ines Leonardi, then in fifth place Marta Mattio of the Ski College Limone Piemonte. In the men's field, in the challenge between the under 14 rapid gates, Kejvin Koni, a Perginese from the Agonistica Trentina, is smiling, able thanks to an excellent second heat to recover a position and to hit an extraordinary result. Place of honor (at 21 cents) for Christian Kostner of the Ski Club Gardena, then third is Andrea Salvati of the Drusciè Ski club, with a gap of 4 cents from the silver. Fourth is Andrea Romano of the GB Ski Club, fifth Federico Silvestrin of the Orsago Ski Club.
In the ranking by committees, the Western Alps win with 696 points, ahead of Alto Adige with 694 points and Trentino with 451 points. Followed by the Central Alps, Veneto, Aosta Valley and Abruzzo.
ROLLY MARCHI AWARD
The National Selections of the AlpeCimbra FIS Children Cup had the task of assigning the first edition of the Rolly Marchi Award, which ended up in the hands of the two youngest Italian skiers (male and female) qualified for the international phase of the event . The journalist Paolo Marchi, son of the founder of the Topolino Trophy, who changed its name for ten years, personally presented the two prizes to the South Tyrolean Anna Trocker of the Seiser Alm Ski Club and to the Piedmontese Pietro Cazzaniga of the Valchisone Ski Club.
Award which consisted of a wooden trophy with a gentian inserted, a symbol of determination.

The 51st AlpeCimbra FIS Children Cup (61 overall editions of the event) will get underway on Wednesday with the international phase, which sees the dispute of the team event on the Dosso della Madonna slope in Coste. A parallel elimination slalom reserved only for the pupils category, with qualifying start from 13.30. Italy will field two teams. Team A is made up of Colturi, Collomb, Simonelli and Armari, team B from Bettoni, D''Angelo, Mazzoleni and Picco.
