The FISI has formalized the choices for the alpine skiing groups in view of the next season: Franzoni and Della Vite with the World Cup gigantists, Del Dio will lead the slalomists while Brignone, Bassino and Goggia will have particular support.

Here they are, the blue national teams for the 2022/23 vintage. No particular surprise compared to what had been announced in recent weeks, with Max Carca returning to the helm of the men's team, appointed technical director at the helm of six groups comprising 34 athletes. It starts with the decision to dedicate to Dominik Paris, the only reference of the “World Cup Elite” team, the manager in charge Alberto Ghidoni, with Michael Gufler as technical support. The CdM speed group, which will work with Lorenzo Galli, will count on Christof Innerhofer, Mattia Casse, Matteo Marsaglia, Guglielmo Bosca, Nicolò Molteni, Alexander Prast (expected to return), Florian Schieder, Pietro Zazzi and Emanuele Buzzi, the latter aggregate since September.
