It is Luisa Bertani who takes home the success in the first of the two FIS giants (Friday the encore) scheduled on the snows of Sestriere.
The Milanese beat Francesca Fanti from Mantua by just 10 cents and Elisa Platino by 16, while Elisa Schranzhofer (tenth in the overall standings) wins today's stage of the GP Italia Giovani, ahead of Laura Steinmair (eleventh) and Alessia Guerinoni (twelfth). In the Aspiring category, the victory goes to Melissa Astegiano (nineteenth overall), ahead of Emma Wieser (twenty-seventh) and Martina Bianchi (twenty-eighth).
The male FIS giant from Folgaria, also valid in this case for the Italian GP, rewarded Alex Zingerle, winner on the "Salizzona" with 14 hundredths of a margin over Giulio Zuccarini, 21 over the Irish Alec Scott and 40 over the third Italian in the standings , Matteo Canins. Tomorrow the encore, to close the two days of the Morandini Cup.
