Fog in Soelden and no skiing on the track for the athletes, but there is confidence for Saturday on a very tough Rettenbach

Special World Cup Eve, waiting for the sun expected for the competition days.

The Rettenbach of Soelden presented itself immersed in the fog, already at the dawn of a Friday on which the skiing on the track was scheduled from 10 am. All back at the hotel, starting with the girls who will compete on Saturday (10am, 1st run, at 1pm) in the first giant of the season. Skiing canceled, but it must be said that having practically practiced blocking in the second part of last week on the race track, there are no particular problems and the decision was taken to avoid any kind of problem. The Rettenbach is presented in tough conditions, with a sort of natural barring thanks to the rain that has fallen in recent days and to the wind that has "cleaned" the track; fortunately, the weather promises good for Saturday and Sunday, even if everything on the glacier can change quickly. There is confidence, however, for a great opening.
