Full speed ahead with the “Piste Azzurre” project. An agreement that unites the Italian Winter Sports Federation and Val di Fassa in the Federal Center of Tricolor Skiing, and right from the stage of the Modena event, the continuation of the relationship was announced today, which will last until 2026.
Present at the meeting were the FISI president, Flavio Roda, together with Angelo Dalpez, deputy vice president of FISI, Elisa Maccagni, President of the Val di Fassa and Carezza ropeway consortium, as well as Andrea Weiss, former ATP director and creator of "Piste Azzurre ”, in addition to the president of FISI Trentino, Tiziano Mellarini. The men's and women's national alpine skiing teams will train in Val di Fassa on the eight slopes made available to the Italian athletes for at least another five years. “A project that has followed its growth path in support of the Federation - said President Roda - pushing us to renew it for the future, because we believe in the great potential that Val di Fassa can bring as a dowry to the Italian teams.
