After the victory of Francesco Gori in the first slalom, the second FIS race among the rapid gates, staged today on the slopes of Pampeago, awarded Samuel Kolega, already third in yesterday's opening race. The Croatian talent preceded Tobias Kastlunger, vice world champion junior giant, for 54 cents, with the other blue Matteo Bendotti third at 65. The competition was valid also for the Grand Prix Italia Senior, reserved for athletes who are not part of national teams: in this case, stage success for the South Tyrolean Alex Zingerle (fifth at the finish line), ahead of Pietro Franceschetti (sixth) and Goffredo Mammarella, who finished 13th in the order of arrival. Among the girls, FIS slalom number 2 (not valid for the Italian Grand Prix) and bis for Serena Viviani, with the Ligurian who repeated overtaking Michela Azzola and the Belarusian Maria Shikanova, with the other blue Petra Unterholzner and Anita Gulli just outside the podium.
