Time of choices and changes, definitely relevant, within the Italian national team towards the next competitive year. At the center of attention, of course, the World Cup teams and the technicians who will follow the various sectors; the most interesting news, as already reported in recent days by the colleagues of "Race Ski Magazine", concerns the return to the role of technical director of Max Carca. The work carried out by the Piedmontese coach with the youth project, which began in 2019 and which led to the great results of the last World Championships jr, but also to the entry of the various Franzoni and Della Vite, now on a permanent basis in CdM, was highly appreciated. With Alberto Ghidoni always at the helm of the speed sector, it is now known that Simone Del Dio has accepted the offer of the FISI, which will formalize the staff in the coming weeks, to replace Jacques Theolier at the helm of the slalomists. Roberto Lorenzi, coordinator of giant and men's slalom in recent years, will move on to the women's sector, who will almost certainly be the manager of the slalom group left by Devid Salvadori after just one year. Gianluca Rulfi will remain the technical director of the entire CdM group, albeit with a different distribution of roles since, for example, Luca Agazzi should return to Italy (he has worked with Canada in recent seasons) to personally follow Sofia Goggia, while the news of the last few hours, signed by the same colleague Gabriele Pezzaglia, concerns Federica Brignone. Apparently, the Aosta Valley will return to the group with her brother Davide, who will continue to follow her as a personal coach but under the aegis of the FISI, after a certain year of not easy management from an "outside".
