In training on the snows of the Zoncolan, Vinatzer & Co. received a visit from the regional authorities as part of the project that will involve various ski resorts (and on Tuesday the big blue in Tarvisio).

The 2022 Winter Tour of the truck “I am Friuli Venezia Giulia”, which will involve all the ski resorts of the region on the occasion of the major events, officially started this morning. The promotional trip, supported by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, started from Mount Zoncolan where today was the “Welcome Day” dedicated to the blue slalomists.
Jacques Theolier's athletes are in fact spending a couple of days in Carnia for finishing training towards Wednesday's slalom in Zagreb; today the national team was welcomed for a brief greeting by the regional authorities at the departure of the Valvan chairlift and on Tuesday the truck of "I am Friuli Venezia Giulia" will reach Tarvisio, where various national women's teams are involved in training, such as France, Sweden, Switzerland and, of course, the full blues with Sofia Goggia, Federica Brignone, Marta Bassino, Elena Curtoni and Roberta Melesi, as well as Petra Vlhova arriving after tomorrow's slalom.
Training days on the region's tracks that have been planned to better prepare for the next stage of the Women's World Cup circuit, as the teams will move to nearby Slovenia, in Kranjska Gora, where a giant will be played (Saturday 8 January) and a slalom (Sunday 9). The regional slopes of "Kaiser" and "Priesnig" have for years been a point of reference for Fisi, but also for national teams of various countries, thanks to the commitment of PromoTurismoFVG in the preparation of the slopes, always at the height of expectations of the ski champions.
The truck of "I am Friuli Venezia Giulia" will host award ceremonies, opening and closing ceremonies where foreseen, with the aim of involving the territory more and more for the promotion of local food and wine and merchandising under the "I am Friuli Venezia Giulia".
