Sunday, October 25, 2009 - Still in the men's race on the shields Switzerland and Austria still off the podium. A triumph this time & egrave; Didier Cuche that the beautiful et & agrave; 35 years and 2 months, the tenth success in the World Cup, the third and last in giant slalom, ahead of 60 cents the American Ted Ligety, of 95 cents l & rsquo; another Swiss Carlo Janka, 96 Massimiliano Blardone and 1 & rdquo; 45 l & rsquo ; Austrian Benjamin Raich, these five athletes were classified in the exact same order even after the first run. Home Italy c & rsquo; & egrave; regrets the lack of Blardone podium for a single penny because of too many especially cents lost on the final plan of the second heat, other blue finishers: Davide Simoncelli eighth, eleventh Alexander Ploner, twenty Alberto Schieppati.

E' cominciato con i gigantisti il camp in Cile per il campionissimo nidvaldese, che si dividerà poi con la velocità a Valle Nevado nelle tre settimane oltreoceano. Al termine, mancherà meno di un mese all'opening di Coppa del Mondo dove Odi cercherà di presentarsi già al top dopo il problema avuto all'anca visto che la concorrenza, e lo storico recente lo dimostra, non mancherà sul Rettenbach...
