After a first inspection took place on Saturday 12 November and forecast that avevavno raised hopes, this morning the 'last inspection in Lake Louise led the Race Director of the FIS, Hannes Trinkl, to formalize the cancellation due dell''assenza snow, high temperatures and forecasts that a week from racing would not allow adequate preparation of the track. Brian Lynam of the Organizing Committee said: "While the upper conditions are good, we have not had enough cold weather to prepare for the final part. We will continue to work for the 'women's appointment."
FIS has taken the time to communicate the times and places where regain Downhill and Super G scheduled on 26 and 27 November.
