Felix Neureuther is never banal. After the conclusion of his career, which took place in March 2019 at the World Cup finals in Soldeu, the Bavarian has started many projects, from children's books (before the birth of the second child) to the analysis of the races as a TV commentator for ARD, never hiding when asked to comment on the World Cup calendar or the opportunity to compete in the Beijing Olympics.
In particular, the former German slalom giant has spent himself personally for the defense of the environment and his latest initiative concerns precisely this theme: at the beginning of the week, Felix announced the release of a docu-film , created thanks to the collaboration with National Geographic. “Rettung fuer die Alpen” tells of Neureuther's journey to the Alps, to understand and make people understand the impact and damage our mountains have suffered in the past and what can be done to safeguard a unique territory.
