Nordic Skiingworld Cup
The third stage of the World Cup, the last of the calendar year 2022, opens under the sign of Norway and in particular of two phenomena, which respond to the name of Gyda Westvold Hansen and Jarl Magnus Riiber, once again superior to the competition. Italy did well, both for women despite the missed podium, and for men, with an excellent team effort.

If the queen calls, the king replies: they always dominate the Nordic Combined World Cup. Westvold Hansen in the morning imposed herself in the jump mortgaging the third victory of the season after the brace in Lillehammer. These three athletes monopolized the podium for the third consecutive time, relegating Johannes Lamparter to 4th place ahead of two cross-country skiers in great comeback: Graabak 5th and Herola 6th.
Good team performance from Italy, which placed three men in the points zone. Top 10 close for Samuel Costa, 23rd in the middle of the race and 12th at the end. With an excellent pace in the background, Alessandro Pittin and Raffaele Buzzi also recovered up to 20th and 23rd position. 46th instead Domenico Mariotti. Tomorrow is repeated with Race-2.
