Nordic Skiingjunior world championships
The young Norwegian, already a protagonist in the World Cup, won the Gundersen NH / 5km in Lahti, valid for the women's Nordic combined junior world championships. Excellent performance of the blue Dejori 6a and Sieff 9a.

On the Finnish snows of Lahti the junior world title went to the Norwegian class 2002 Gyda Westvold Hansen, who in fact put on ice the gold medal in the jumping test won with a wide margin over the competition, and then concluded the cross-country fraction with 1'05 "on compatriot Marte Leinan Lund (2001) silver and 1'09" on the Austrian Lisa Hirner (2003) bronze.
Season to be framed for Westvold Hansen, second in the first, historic CdM stage in Ramsau behind Geraghty-Moats, now junior world champion and expected protagonist of the World Championships in Oberstdorf, where he will try to contend for the title to the American.
The Japanese Yuna Kasai (2004) and Ayane Miyazaki (2002) had to sit at the foot of the podium, preceding the best of the blue: Daniela Dejori. The 2002 class of Val Gardena, 12th after the jump segment, recovered in the 5 km cross-country ski run, winning the sprint for sixth place with the very young Russian Mariia Kuzmina (2005). Good performance in Italy also for Annika Sieff (2003), even 2nd in the middle of the race and 9th at the end. Instead, Lena Prinoth and Greta Pinzani finished in 20th and 28th position.
