Norwegian Magnus Moan also won the second weekend race at Planica, the last in the Summer Grand Prix 2017. Behind him is the fellow countryman Jarl Magnus Riiber. Good test for the Austrian Martin Fritz, third. He touched the top 20 Raffaele Buzzi, 21st.

The jump series was marked by great balance. In the middle of the race the first seven of the standings were enclosed in 21 "and the first three in six". In the first position, Frenchman Maxime Laheurte, the creator of the longest lap of the day, 134.5m, but penalized by the wind compensation. Behind him Japanese Yoshito Watabe and Norwegian Magnus Riiber. Fourth, the Austrian Fritz, studied by the anus Kristjan Ilves.
In the second race, Magnus Moan was able to make a difference, re-putting the 37 "behind the jump from the top and reaching the finish line with 2" advantage over Riiber. Good test for Raffaele Buzzi, 36th after the jump came 21st to the finish line, recording the third time on the skiroll behind Krog and Moan. Very good weekend for him in which he collected two placements around the top 20, exploiting at best a starting field that he did not see at the various top athletes, including the first German and Austrian lines. It closes instead 32nd Manuel Maierhofer, but about 40 "from the points zone, 42th Lukas Runggaldier, 50th Luca Gianmoena who today took the place of Bauer.
Today's race closed the SGP17 and the final victory went to the ice-skating Kristjan Ilves, the athlete with more points to start off in all competitions. Tartu's 20-year-old has played a great summer event, showing a further growth step after the good winter season in the World Cup where he had picked up points on nine occasions.
The upcoming event of the Northern European Moto Circuit will be the first stage of the World Cup, from 24 to 26 November in Ruka (Fin).
