Akito Watabe, second in the overall World Cup behind the German Eric Frenzel, will not participate in the scheduled competitions in Chaux-Neuve starting tomorrow (qualifying for the individual competition on Sunday).

The Japanese leader of the movement, still struggling with the aftereffects of a flu, will try to recover in view of the appointment of'' World Cup in Seefeld, where he will stage an'' unprecedented competition in stages over three days.
A Chaux-Neuve will be used Yoshito Watabe, Hideaki Nagai, Taihei Kato, and Shun Yamamoto Yusuke Minato.
The individual competition will be particularly important for Yamamoto and Minato, who will try to collect the necessary points to remain in the top fifty positions of the WRL. It should however be stressed that Japan risks are serious about losing two numbers for the remaining events of the World Cup in January.
