Facebook Armin Bauer
The 28-year-old Nordic comatist from South Tyrol Armin Bauer announced his retirement from competitive activity with a post on his Facebook profile.

"It's time to say goodbye - writes Armin on his Facebook profile -. Thanks to all my teammates, coaches, skimans, sponsors, friends, family and the Fiamme Gialle Sports Group! "A very long series of hashtags follows.
Born on 15 July 1990 in Bolzano but originally from Val Gardena, stronger in the fund than in the jump, he took part in 82 individual World Cup races, the first in Kuusamo on 29 November 2009, the last in the same locality last 26 November.
In the Armin Bauer Cup he obtained four top ten results, three in 2013-2014: two rounds (the second in 2015), a ninth and a tenth place. At the Olympics he was 14th in the Sochi 2014 springboard competition.
At the World Championships in Falun 2015 he obtained his best result in absolute even if in a team competition, the fourth place from the small trampoline together with Lukas Runggaldier, Samuel Costa and his contemporary Alessandro Pittin.
