An event that attracted so many cross-country skiers and biathletes to Carnia who for the first time found themselves in the same town to play for the Italian summer titles.

On the opening day there were two wonderful duels in the biathlon mass start, with the successes of Lukas Hofer in front of a perky Giuseppe Montello and Dorothea Wierer who had the best on the sappy Lisa Vittozzi only at the last polygon.
In the men's sprint race on Saturday instead, Dominik Windisch redemption that preceded once again Giuseppe Montello and Lukas Hofer. Among the women second victory for Dorothea Wierer who has preceded rival Lisa Vittozzi while third place was placed Federica Sanfilippo.
On Saturday afternoon the distance races reserved for cross-country skiers also took place. Among the men, a net success for Francesco De Fabiani in front of Dietmar Noeckler and Giandomenico Salvadori. In the women's field victory for the Val d'Aosta Elisa Brochard who preceded by 11 seconds the thirty Ilaria Debertolis and 31 seconds Caterina Ganz.
The long program of the Alpe Adria Summer Nordic Festival ended with the sprint cross-country skiing tests. Among the girls victory of Greta Laurent, among the boys instead happened to Federico Pellegrino.
