Nordic Skiing: six blues to Beijing for jump and combined

All confirmed in Italy for the summons of the Nordic disciplines and in particular for the ski jumping and the Nordic combined. The Italian jumping team will go to the Olympic Games with a reduced quota, leaving two slots free for other nations.

The blue representatives who will be engaged on the Zhangjiakou trampolines will be only two: Giovanni Bresadola among the men and Jessica Malsiner among the women. This is the Olympic debut for the two young jumpers. Italy will appear in China in reduced ranks compared to the passes won on the field. The two men's shares have already been reassigned to Romania and the Czech Republic, while in the women's field it is expected to understand who will be rescued. Moving on to the cousin discipline, the Nordic combined, in Beijing we will see the four athletes who have trodden the stage of the World Cup this season. The leader of the moment is undoubtedly Raffaele Buzzi, to which are added the veterans Alessandro Pittin and Samuel Costa and the 2003 class Iacopo Bortolas. In this case, Italy is at full contingent and unless setbacks will also start the team test.
