Sara Takanashi busted the competition in the first two Chaikovsky races, valued for the Women's Summer Grand Prix. Yesterday's qualification had already made it clear that Japan was in a good state of form and the first jump in today's competition has escalated any doubt as to who was the favorite for the win. Takanashi made a first jump of 106 m, going well 4 meters beyond the HS point. This measure, with the help of good judges, allowed her to exceed 20.4 points Lucile Morat and 22.2 Julia Kykkänen.
The second jump saw the advantage of further expansion on the Finnish who in the meantime had crossed Morat.
