Lindvik wins the crazy race in Innsbruck, Kubacki jumps to the top of the Tourn e ranking

Second victory in three races of the Tour for the young Norwegian, who preceded Dawid Kubacki by measure. Two jumps from the end the Pole is in command of the Tour with 9 lengths of margin on Lindvik and 13 on Ryoyu Kobayashi and Karl Geiger.

In the first series Marius Lindvik and Dawid Kubacki, taking advantage of particularly favorable weather conditions, closed in first and second position, filling the gap in the ranking of the Tour of the four trampolines against Ryoyu Kobayashi, 13th in the middle of the race. The Japanese, as well as Karl Geiger (24th), found himself in the starting pole at the wrong time, but limited the damage by landing at 122 m. The two treads, both of which landed at 133 m, dug a groove of about ten points against Johann Andre Forfang, 3rd ahead of Peter Prevc and Gregor Schlierenzauer. In the second jump Lindvik and Kubacki found more complicated windy conditions but managed to defend the positions from the comeback of Daniel Andre Tande, who arrived at 131 m and third at the end of the race at four lengths from his compatriot. Third consecutive podium without wins for Dawid Kubacki, who maintained the same gap of 1.3 points he had in the middle of the race. Off the podium instead Stefan Kraft who preceded Stephan Leyhe 5th, Gregor Schlierenzauer 6th, Johann Andre Forfang 7th and Karl Geiger 8th. The German, disappointed after the first jump, redeemed himself in the decisive act by landing at 126 m and climbing the rival Ryoyu Kobayashi in the standings, who obtained the worst result of the season closing 14th.
